1. What was the first thing you ever cooked? Hot dogs and macaroni & cheese.

2. What's your signature dish? Potato salad and turkey pop-overs.

3. Ever had a cooking disaster? Once, when I made stroganoff for my mom and sister. Apparenly, I used too much garlic (tasted fine to me) and they got very ill.

4. If skill and money were no object, what would make for your dream meal? Beluga caviar with toast points, Cristal, Escargot (yes, yes I really do love escargot), pan seared duck and Creme Brulee.

5. What are you doing this weekend? Basketball game tomorrow--I have tickets. I am also planning to apply at more places for a job.
